  • California

  • Colorado

  • Florida

Prior to your first virtual nutrition counseling appointment, I will have reviewed your medical history, diet/nutrition history and lab work. Our conversation will focus on why you want to make changes for your health, nutrition education, setting realistic short-term goals, meal planning strategies, food suggestions and any testing recommendations. At the end of our session, we will have personalized goals that are realistic to achieve. Our plan will be balanced and sustainable.

I am able to see patients limited hours in a private office in-person. Click here to view current openings.

4900 O’Hear Ave. Suite 100, North Charleston, SC 29405

Typical diet programs are very restrictive and may unnecessarily limit food groups or calories. Nutrition counseling (also called medical nutrition therapy) takes into consideration your specific needs. I will look at your work or family schedule, food preferences, medical conditions, medications, allergies and other aspects that make you unique!

If you have another diagnosis, I may be able to see you. Email me or set up a Discovery Call to discuss.

I do not see patients with current eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder), patients with kidney disease on dialysis or patients under the age of 16.

You don’t need a referral to see me. However, if you have a complex medical diagnosis, or would like me to review any medical records/lab work, a referral from your provider and supporting paperwork can be very helpful.

If you would like to use a superbill to get reimbursed from your insurance company, a referral form is often needed.

Yes, you can. Sometimes changing your habits is easier with a partner!  Book a Discovery Call and I will get you set up for a Partner appointment.

I do not accept medical insurance at this time. I am able to accept payments with HSA cards.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged half of the fee for the appointment. This can be waived if your rescheduled appointment is completed within 3 days.

If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the fee for your appointment.
